After you have mastered the foundational movements in Level I, it's time to add some intensity. Level II exercises add a "push-pull" to many of the exercises. This "push-pull" will add more focus to your core muscles and allow you to build on the strength and stability gained in the Level I exercises. We recommend that you begin Level II only after comfortably mastering Level I.

SMRT-CORE ESSENTIALS: Each DVD contains step-by-step instructions on how to master all of the progression exercises contained within each level of the SMRT-CORE Classes. Learn the steps on how to master the movements and challenge your core while creating a self-massage like no other foam roller.

 

 



CLASS EXERCISES are clearly explained so that you understand the movements for each exercise within its specific level. Traditional exercises such as pushups, crunches, planks, and bridges are modified to be preformed with the body positioned on The GridTM. The exercises are broken down so that you can add additional exercises into your routine.

 

 


THE WORKOUTS: Each DVD contains one warm-up and two individual workouts. Follow along with these classes and challenge yourself to create a stronger, more stable core - just like the ones you see on your this website and on our SMRT-CORE DVD's!
