This level is not for the faint of heart. Once you have mastered the exercises from Level II, it’s time to progress to Level III. In this level we take the “pushpull” and add a “press” and a “pause” at the peak intensity of each movement. We take you to the hardest part of the exercise and then have you hold the position. It takes strength to get to this position and incredible stability to hold it. Posture is imperative at this level of intensity with SMRT-CORE.
SMRT-CORE ESSENTIALS: Each DVD contains step-by-step instructions on how to master all of the progression exercises contained within each level of the SMRT-CORE Classes. Learn the steps on how to master the movements and challenge your core while creating a self massage like no other foam roller.
CLASS EXERCISES are clearly explained so that you understand the movements for each exercise within its specific level. Traditional exercises such as pushups, crunches, planks, and bridges are modified to be preformed with the body positioned on The Grid TM. The exercises are broken down so that you can add additional exercises into your routine.
THE WORKOUTS: Each DVD contains one warm-up and two individual workouts. Follow along with these classes and challenge yourself to create a stronger, more stable core - just like the ones you see on this website!
