LEVEL 1

This level is our starting point and provides the foundational movements needed to perform all of the SMRT-CORE exercises. By incorporating applied movements into our foundation exercises, you will engage your core and create a starting point for increasing strength and stability.

LEVEL 2

After you have mastered the foundational movements in Level I, it’s time to add some intensity. Level II exercises add a “push-pull” to many of the exercises. This “push-pull” will add more focus to your core muscles and allow you to build on the strength and stability gained in the Level I exercises. We recommend that you begin Level II only after comfortably mastering Level I.

LEVEL 3

This level is not for the faint of heart. Once you have mastered the exercises from Level II, it’s time to progress to Level III. In this level we take the “pushpull” and add a “press” and a “pause” at the peak intensity of each movement. We take you to the hardest part of the exercise and then have you hold the position. It takes strength to get to this position and incredible stability to hold it. Posture is imperative at this level of intensity with SMRT-CORE.
